I work from home and my husband is a firefighter, so he has a rotating schedule. 2-3 days per week max.
Play with baby girl, keep her stimulated and remain engaged with her. Look out for cues if she’s hungry, sleepy, overstimulated, needs a change.
My husband knows his work schedule months in advance, but days of care will vary week to week. You would have plenty of notice on what your schedule would look like. Must be comfortable with cameras in the home and mom being home for most of the time. No housework/cleaning required.
CPR/BLS required. Infant experience required.
