Seeking help w/ 2 yr old toddler while I work from home.

I work from home and I have my 2 year old with me, while my 11 yr old is at school. My husband comes home around 2:30pm daily.
In search of baby sitter that can come to my house and just help me attend to my 2 yr old while I work from home, mostly engaging her through Montessori activities, playing, feeding, switching tv channels and helping out with nap time and potty training. I need someone consistent from Monday- Friday 10am to 2pm. Possible start date 10/14. $200/week.
