Occasional sitter for an easygoing 3 months old

Looking for occasional help with our 3,5months old baby girl. Easy going, always smiling. She takes frequent naps. Note: there is a small dog-poodle at home super friendly.
Play with baby, change diapers, give her bottle with milk. I will often be at home just want to be able to work from home a bit or take a nap.
