We value kindness, patience, and creativity. We love a sitter who enjoys reading, outdoor play, music, and imaginative fun. Someone who respects our routines and boundaries.

Our 1. 5-year-old is energetic, curious, and playful. He loves books, dancing, splashing water, and building (and knocking down) block towers! He's still developing speech and would benefit from someone patient and encouraging, who talks with him often, names objects, and supports language through play and repetition.

Speaking a second language like Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Above all, we value kindness, safety, and reliability. The schedule is flexible but it usually looks something like this: 7:30-8:30 play time, 8:30-9 breakfast, and between 9:30-10 he gets tired, so it will be time to wind down and start nap time routine.
