Babysitter Needed for Toddler, Weekdays, Own Car Required

We need a reliable babysitter for our toddler starting on March 28, 2025.
We live in a beautiful HOA with a clubhouse, including a kids' room and pool area. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Two days of the week would be a slightly later start time due to regular appointments.
No house duties. You would work during normal school days, so not during holidays (including summers) or school vacations. We have one cat and one small dog. You must be certified in Pediatric CPR/first aid and a non-smoker. You must have your own transportation to our home.
