I have two kids, boy and girl. My 11 year old is incredibly creative but very emotional and needs a lot of help with school work. My 5 year old is fun but like most 5 year olds, very into stuff. I have a lot of meeting at different days and times each week so I need someone to be available to help with day to day stuff after school.
Homework help, give dinner that I prepared, help get them ready for bed. One may be in an activity after school so I need to the other to stay with sitter.
