I’m a dedicated father to my 3-year-old son, River. We have a structured co-parenting schedule, and I’m looking for reliable childcare support during my designated parenting days.

I need a sitter who can engage River with fun and educational activities, assist with meals, and handle basic care like diaper changes and nap time. Ideally, someone who is experienced with toddlers and comfortable with mild autism; River very capable of listening, but has difficulties articulating words in their entirety.

Care is primarily needed on Wednesdays (8 hours) and every other Friday (8 hours). Flexibility for occasional extra hours would be great. Location is in New Castle, DE, and I prefer a sitter who can either come to our home or assist in a nanny-share arrangement.
