Babysitter needed for adorable 20 month old

We are looking for a babysitter to join our family Monday-Thursday from 730am-230. Our son is a former nicu baby who requires a feeding tube. No experience needed as we will train. Our son is blind and loves music, reading and is learning to stand/walk. We are looking for someone that is kind, nurturing and wanting to engage by reading, singing and playing.
