Help with a second on the way

Hello - we have our second on the way. We will need some help. My wife is the primary care taker and we have managed with one, but will need help with the second on the way while I am at work and to cover for date nights and potential travel.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Bedtime
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
- Running errands
- Nanny Share
