Hi! We are an easygoing two-mom family with a sweet and lively 15m/o daughter and 9 y/o tabby cat. Both of us work full time either from home or on a hybrid schedule and our daughter is in daycare 3 days per week. I work as a therapist in private practice and my wife is a director of marketing in the publishing industry. We’re looking for a loving, responsible, creative, and patient sitter with the energy to keep up with our busy toddler.
We're looking for someone who is female-identifying, college/young adult age, and queer-affirming available for weekend date nights and potentially some Friday morning hours. Responsibilities would be limited to just childcare (including light meal prep, bath, bed, and of course tons of playing) and maybe feeding the cat depending on timing. We'd like for the sitter to have an active drivers license and their own car for emergencies.
We live in Norwalk and would like a sitter who is local, preferably within a 15min drive. We also kindly ask for 2-3 references regarding your prior childcare experience. We look forward to hearing from you!
