Part-time sitter starting end of Aug - next school year

Family of four with two boys - Xavier (7) and Grady (5). We live in West Norwalk and kids attend school in Rowayton.
Pick up boys Monday - Thursday, play/hang out, feed snacks, start homework. There may be some exceptions requiring later nights or additional nights pending work schedule but not without advanced notice.
Grady does not start school under Sept 4, so week of Aug 26 would be longer days Mon-Thurs to allow time to get to know each other before official schedule begins.
Boys are fun, love to be outside, do crafts, listen to music and play games.
