YEAR ROUND, NOT SUMMER ONLY: 18mo girl awake each morning naps all afternoon. 3.5yo boy also home Thurs morn and each afternoon, school Wed/Fri morn. 5.5 yo boy in Kindergarten, only occasional care—monthly half-day Wednesday pm, some summer/school break days around camps. Usually only caring for 1 child at a time, 2 tops, 3 home and awake is rare.

Looking for someone to lovingly and actively engage children. Not just keep them alive but enrich them. Must be energetic, creative, and safety minded. Must be able to establish caring authority and retain control especially when with multiple kids. Some kid laundry folding, light kid meal prep, tidying up after kids.

All care takes place in our home in Cromwell, no driving. Position to be on the books. Ideally looking for 20 hours so one day can end at 2:30, flexible on which. Additional opportunities for hours occasionally available if desired. Must be vaccinated and ok with a cat.
