Part-time nanny for our baby boy

Hi! We are looking for an experienced nanny to help care for our 1 year old boy. Background in child education / Montessori is a plus. We are looking for someone who can commit long term and is compassionate, kind, loving, playful and reliable.
Must be flexible with hours (come early or stay late with adequate notice) and occasional overnights, weekends.
