Tuesday sitter for 4 year old twins

We’re a family of 5 with 3 kids a 6 year old girl and 4 year old boy/girl twins.
We’re looking for a sitter to watch our twins (and durning the summer our oldest) on the Tuesdays during the day (7:30 to 2:00) while I’m at my office every once in a while. It would include making lunch and putting the kids down for nap, in addition to lots of play.
