We have two kids aged 8 (boy) and 11 (girl). They are really good kids, who can mostly take care of themselves and enjoy reading.
Sitter mostly needs to keep them company while I'm away overnight, then take them to school and do school pick up as well. Sitter must have a driver's license and their own car and should have passed a background check.
My 8-year-old needs to be dropped off at 8am in the morning and picked up before 6pm. The middle schooler needs to be dropped off at 9 am and picked up at 5:15pm
