Hello, I am a certified Nurse midwife who has to take shifts in the hospital. Some are over night and some are during the day. I have a 8 yo and 15 yo with special needs. We could go through an agency also that would pay higher for my special needs kiddo.
When I work night call, I just need someone to get my kiddo’s to bed and stay with them until I get home in the morning.
My schedule does change from week to week as far as what days I am on call at the hospital.
