I’m a single mom I live in a two apartment back home on my parents ranch. My 6 yr old son is very active and my 10 mo likes to be held a lot.
Make sure my son is not playing to rough with baby. Limit tv time when their is nice weather go outside with him and baby he rides bike baby rides in stroller walking back n fourth on the street. Limit junk food. Cook breakfast and lunch. 10 mo old still in diapers. Formula fed and some food.
