Busy family of 4 (kids 7 & 4.5) needs a responsible, organized person for household tasks, meal prep, errands, and occasional childcare. Must be patient, punctual, adaptable, with strong communication and initiative.

Schedule:
Flexible M,W,F (9 AM-5 PM) or as needed; seasonal adjustments possible.

Duties:
Organize household systems, manage orders, donations
Light meal prep, pack lunches, grocery shop
Errands:dry cleaning, returns, gifts
Laundry, ironing, occasional deep cleaning
Afterschool pickup/supervision (if needed)
