A Teacher/Dad looking for help before and after school with extra hours possible

I am a teacher who needs help with my boys before and after school. My boys are 5 and 7 and love sports. We also have a golden retriever named Ripple. I am looking for some reliable and consistent help.
Job would require preparing a lunch for them to take to school, taking them to school. Then in the afternoons, picking them up from school, feeding them and hanging out with them!!
If you want extra hours too, I could add house cleaning to the responsibilities.
I live in Boulder.
Schedule would be:
A Week:
Wednesday 2:30-5:00 pm
Thursday 6:30-8:00 am, 2:30-5 pm
Friday 6:30-8:00 am
B Week:
Monday 6:30-8:00 am
Wednesday 2:30-5 pm
Thursday 6:30-8:00 am, 2:30-5 pm
Friday 6:30-8:00 am
With the option of 6 additional hours of house work a week.
Requirements
