About our family: My husband is a pilot working around 18 days a month (including weekends). I work from home full time. Our childcare needs change slightly on a weekly basis (but typically Tuesday to Friday).

Pay: $20 an hour (potential for drop in nanny share raising rate to $30 an hour when two children are present)

Guaranteed Hours: Because of our unique schedule, we can guarantee at least 3 days a week, between 7 am to 4 pm. The upcoming month would be outlined by the 25th of the month.
