Part-time sitter for energetic toddler

My son is almost 3 and I need help to watch him because my husband works a lot
I need someone to play with him indoors/outdoors and engage with him as much as possible to get his energy out not someone who is going to be sitting on their phone all day, and if we go places like the mall or indoor playground for the sitter to come with us and be active
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
Responsibilities
- Learning Pod
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Toilet training
- Light housekeeping
