Hello! We’re the Batty family—Esther (mom), Ivy (10), and Ben (9)—plus our two lovable pups, Pepper and Max. We love arts and crafts, video games and movies, water activities, and spending time with friends and family.

We’re looking for a reliable, caring person to help keep our home and schedules running smoothly. Responsibilities include school pickup at least four days a week (with some flexibility), occasional evening and weekend childcare, cooking dinner, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and dog walking. We also need support managing a second home in South Temecula—primarily laundry, a bit of interaction with an 8th grader, and some cat wrangling.

Our ideal person is a natural with kids and pets, a safe driver, detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable—someone who will ultimately become a part of the family. Our expectation is a 20-30 hour per week time commitment. If this sounds like a fit for you, we’d love to connect!
