Part-time infant sitter for work from home parents

We are a loving family with two kids, two cats, and two chinchillas. My daughter is 16 and my son is 5 months old.
I work from home and need someone to watch our son for a few hours a day on random days. This would be very part time work.
I have a flexible schedule. I need care for only a few hours a day as I work from home and just need sitting for when I am in scheduled meetings.
