Looking to find a go to babysitter for our family!

We are a blended family with a 9 month old son, and 2 daughters (10 and 14) who are with us part time. We have 3 cats, and sometimes have a dog!
Primarily to babysit our son. But if the girls are with us, they would need to be watched as well though they are very independent! We don’t need a regular schedule but we would like to find a trusted babysitter for nights out.
