We have 2 children, Lionel (age 4.75) and Felix (age 16 months). Lionel is in preschool until 2:30, so you would be with only Felix about 75% of the time. Both parents work from home.

We are looking for someone who can work 22.5 hours per week as follows: Mon 9-5:30, Wed 8:45-5:30, and Fri 9-2:30.
Our ideal candidate would:
*have familiarity with gentle parenting/ “Dr. Becky” style parenting;
*have experience in narrating everything they’re doing to a baby to mitigate Felix’s speech delay. (Must be fluent in English.);
*be open to gender neutral caretaking (letting the kids wear dresses, play with princesses, explore all the colors);
*be able to commit to this schedule on an ongoing basis for 1-2 years
*drive, either your own car or one of ours
Possible opportunities for occasional additional hours: date nights and other "one-off" shifts as needed.
