Occasional date night sitter for a baby and two dogs

We are a family of 5. Our little one (girl) is 9 months old and our other boys (dogs) are going to be 11 years old this year.
We are looking for a sitter who can watch our baby (and dogs) for the occasional date night or potentially as needed for other events.
