I am a work from home mom who has 3 kids ages. I have a 12 year old girl (who is pretty independent), 3 year old girl and a 1 year old boy who love to to pretend play, play outside, and learn new things.
While I am working at my desk, it would be helpful for the sitter to play with the kids inside or in the backyard. They love playing on the swing set, with the water table, the sand box, reading books, art, pretend play with dress up or cars, make some snacks and lunch when needed, and possibly put the kids down for a nap. Our 3 year old is potty trained but our 1 year old is not so diaper changing is needed. Our 12 year old is very independent and does her own thing or plays together with them.
