Seeking a fun caretaker with the energy to match our delightful and bright 21-month old toddler. Mom and dad are work from home Mondays and in the office the rest of the week. The nanny we are looking for will be a great self-starter with lots of intuition around active toddlers like ours and is great with tag-teaming help when both parents are able to step in and out. Multi-lingual and plus but not necessary. Outdoor space and separate care space available on premises. Ideal candidate has lots of toddler experience from connection, boundaries, empathy and feeding to being able to communicate honestly and realistically with parents. Must have clean driving record and willingness to comply and follow through with carseat safety as driving may be necessary.
