Part-time or Full time nanny for our first baby

Hello, my wife and I are having our first baby in November. Once we are back to work, we are hoping to get some nanny help at home.
We'll have a 2-3 month old. So it'll mostly be taking care of an infant. There is chance we can nanny-share with another couple in the future.
Responsibilities
- Nanny Share
- Light housekeeping
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
