ISO Occasional Date-Night Sitter for 13-month old Girl

My husband and I are looking for an occasional Thursday, Friday or Saturday night sitter for our sweet 13 month old girl! Ideally 2-3/ month.
We haven't had a sitter before, so we would also love the opportunity to have the sitter come a for a few hours during the day to build a bond before trying to do naps/ bedtime routine.
Reach out if you have some fairly consistent availability! (We are flexible on days)
