Need 3 day nanny for a work trip in San Diego

My family is me and my son! Sometimes he travels with me and this is one of those times!
I will be at a conference and need you to watch and care for my son in our hotel room. The conference is 3 days long and so if you are available from April 6-9 that would be fantastic.
Will be at the Manchester Grand Hyatt
