The position is for in-home childcare while I work from home, with care taking place at our residence. Responsibilities include bottle feeding, diaper changes, and putting him down for naps. We prefer a caregiver who engages through play and interaction—no screen time. We have two dogs; one is friendly, while the other (not friendly) will be secured in another room or at a friend’s home. This role is primarily for backup care when he has a fever or is sick and cannot attend daycare, so the caregiver must be comfortable caring for a sick infant.
