My kid goes to daycare, so the hours we need help would be 7-10 am and 4-7 pm every Monday to Friday, so this might be easier if the nanny lives nearby.

- Daily routines: diaper change, teeth brushing, bath, meals, teaching the kid to clean up the mess, school drop off/pick ups, storytelling, putting to bed. We hope our nanny can also help us with meal prep and some housework in these hours.
- We use Poppins' Payroll service, which sends the pay via direct deposits into our nanny's bank account
- Candidate will provide consent to Trustline's background check
- Candidate will provide consent to contact prior employers for reference checks
- Nanny to keep up on vaccinations (latest flu shot administered after late 2024 and tdap) and provide the vaccination record
- Nanny to maintain valid credentials for child CPR and First Aid; provide proof of credentials
- We would set up a few paid trials before making a decision
