working parents (engineer, ICU physician) + 4yr old in JK and 7yr old in 2nd grade
loving, kind, firm to ensure kids learn well, help kids clean-up, support kids with their homework, prep lunches for next day, be part of the family and communicate well and work w/ us to ensure she is an extension for the kids especially when the parents aren't able to be there with them
typical school days 4pm or 5pm to 8pm or so.
weekends 3-7pm or so.
