Part-time morning/early afternoon nanny for 9mo late July start date

My husband and I both work from home. We live in Misson Valley by Civita Park. We are looking for a part-time nanny for our 9 month old daughter.
Go on stroller walk to the park within walking/driving distance. Play at home. Feed pre-cooked lunch.
Looking for 3-4 hours a day 5 days a week but will also consider if you have 2-3 day availability. Potential for occasional date nights/weekend hours.
Bonus points if you speak Russian or Arabic
