Part time sitter for two energetic girls

I am a single father with twins and am looking for a sitter who could babysit for me during my duty days due to me being in the military.
Need sitter to care, prepare meal, put children to bed, and lightly clean home.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
- Multiples experience
Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping
- Bedtime
- Sick care
- Toilet training
- Tutoring
