Occasional sitter needed

I am a mother of three daughters, aged 9 years, 2 years, and 10 months, and I am in search of an occasional babysitter.
I would like to provide some details regarding my childcare requirements. I am looking for babysitting services during the weekdays, typically from Monday to Friday, starting around 5:00 or 5:30 PM. The responsibilities will include picking up my daughters from daycare, then coming home.
Moreover, I may need weekend support on occasions when I have plans, as well as overnight care during times when my job requires me to attend various conventions throughout the year.
