Covering for us for an anniversary night out

Hi. We'll be in Palm Springs for the weekend and want to have a night out for our anniversary. We'd need help getting the two kids to bed (they're pretty easy thankfully) and hanging out till we get back to our AirBnB. Our four-year-old is sweet and helpful. Our nine-month-old is a smiley joy.
