Full time sitter for a 3 year old charming toddler

Filipino family of 3. His dad is back home in Manila,PH. I'll be alone most of the time with my 3 year old son. I do work at El Cerrito, Ca and we live in Pinole, CA in a 2 bedroom apartment.
The sitter should potty, feed the toddler, put him to nap. If she drives to our apartment that's a bonus. No screen time pls, if they can go to the park outside in Hercules, CA that would be great as well.
I need a sitter for my son from 7 am to 3:30 or 4 pm from Monday to Friday.
