Part-Time Nanny with Twin Girls

I have twin girls who will be turning 2 in October. I'm looking for a nanny who can engage them in fun and educational activities. I need someone on Monday from 1 pm to 4 pm, Tuesday from 1 pm to 4 pm, Wednesday from 12 pm to 4 pm, and Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm. The location is in Oakland.
I would need someone who has a vehicle, has experience with twins, educational games, and etc.
