We need a babysitter who can care for our three sweet children, ages 4, 7 and 9 - our oldest daughter is actually a great help!

The start date is flexible and so is the schedule because my work schedule changes weekly. We need someone who can come in the afternoons after school hours if I have meetings, someone who can stay home with them if they are home sick from school, and someone who would be able to watch them if we have evening plans.

Responsibilities include engaging with the kids and supervising play, preparing meals or snacks, and managing bedtime routines if we go out past bedtime. My middle son is on the spectrum, he is very high functioning, but an understanding/patient attitude is essential.

Reliable communication is essential, because last minute cancellations would impact my ability to attend meetings for work.
