We are a small family with a 6-month-old baby girl. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted and loving part of our routine as we transition back to work. We have no pets, and our home is a calm and warm environment.

We need a caregiver to focus entirely on our baby—playing with her, comforting her, and engaging in age-appropriate activities. There are no other responsibilities like household chores or meal preparation; we want someone who can give our daughter their full attention.

Currently, we need care 3 days a week for 4 hours a day, and we're flexible on which weekdays and what time. In about 1 to 2 months, the schedule will shift to 5 days a week, 7 to 8 hours a day, as I return to working from home.
