A wonderful family in North Oakland is seeking an occasional babysitter to provide care when their child is unable to attend daycare due to closures or feeling under the weather. Occasional evenings will be needed as well when the parents have an event to attend.

Schedule:
-Occasional/as-needed (no guaranteed hours)
-Weekdays, 9am to 5pm
-Weekday evenings, typically 4:30pm-7:30pm or 8:30pm
-Family is flexible on care days, but weekday/daytime availability is required for this position

*One or both parents will be present during daytime care hours

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-All aspects of toddler care for 1 child
-Engaging and age appropriate activities
-Tidying after the child (as schedule allows)

REQUIREMENTS:
-2+ years of paid, professional toddler care experience
-Driver’s license preferred
-Minimum of a photo ID required
-Legally authorized to work in the United States
-Minimum of a high school diploma
-CPR certified or willing to become certified
