Looking for a trustworthy, bilingual sitter to care for our 3 year old

We’re an English/Spanish speaking family including myself, my husband and our 3 year old.
He’s a bundle of energy and loves to play, sing, make art and laugh. We’re working on potty training.
Sitters speaking English + a foreign language (Japanese, Hindi, Vietnamese, Chinese, Arabic, Korean, etc.) with potty-training experience are preferred.
I work overnight from 10:30pm to 10:30am. My husband begins work around 6am. Hours would be from 6am to 10:30am, ~4.5hrs.
