Date night babysitter for 28 month old

Need babysitter for a 28 month old toddler boy while parents are gone for a date night. Start time approximately 3 pm and ending around midnight.
Post nap play and diaper change, dinner prep and cleanup, post dinner play, night time routine
2 small dogs will be present. Might need help with feeding dinner to the dogs. Parents are going into the city for the evening so will be reachable but not able to return quickly.
