As-needed sitter for 11-month old girl (experience required)

Looking for an experienced sitter on an as-needed basis depending on me and my wife's work schedules. It would typically be weekdays 830am-1230pm, but flexibility to extend longer, if available. Also looking for someone so we can have occasional date nights. Must have experience working with babies/toddlers. Must also live within 30 minutes of Mission Viejo.
