We seek reliable babysitter that can be "live out" or "live in" for 19 month daughter starting asap or by 3/3/25.

We have 3 options based on finding the right person/costs. Ideally we'd have a combo of day care & at home care.
1) pick up child from day care around 2-3pm, watch and play with child until we get home ~ 5-6pm (bath, occasional park or local activities, doctor, generally within 5 miles)
2) watch child 2x all day, & we'd do daycare the other 3 days. can also do 3x with you/ 2x daycare. The 2-3 days start 7am until 4-6pm
3) if live in, room/bath is private 2nd floor, ~7-5pm

Normal duties like supervise safe play; feed; diaper
