Mom works from home, and Dad works in the office during the day. Our 11 month old daughter is a happy baby and needs someone to care for her during her second awake window (currently about 4 hours) while mom works. We also have two cats, so the babysitter should be comfortable around them.

Play, read, and occasionally go for a walk around the neighborhood. If the baby naps during work hours, light baby-related housework should be done, such as washing baby dishes and bottles and cleaning up the play area

Currently, the baby’s second awake window is about four hours, but it can vary by plus or minus one hour depending on her morning wake-up time. I need someone who is flexible with work hours, and as her awake window extends, I may need you to stay a little longer than four hours
