Looking for a nanny to help with kid’s school pick-ups (different times and different schools), and taking the older one to after school classes. In between, help the younger one with lunch/snacks and play-time either at home, neighborhood park or backyard. Expecting help with organizing the home (kids related stuff), loading/offloading dishwasher and occasionally laundry (once/twice a week).
