We are a family of four (husband, son, myself, and cat). My husband and I both work. Looking for someone to watch our 10 month old son from December 9-December 20, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

I work from home so I will be here while the babysitter/nanny watches my son. My baby is (thankfully!) very active and my work is very demanding, hence why I cannot work and watch him at the same time.
I need the babysitter/nanny to change our son's diaper, feed him pureed solids 2-3 times a day, give him water, give him breastmilk to put him down for his naps, put him down for 2 naps, and play with him such as teaching him ABCs, using his toys to play with him, or reading one of his books to him.
We need someone to come for the full December 9-December 20 weeks (so 2 weeks), Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. We just want to stick with one person as it is very stressful for us to have to search for another babysitter (Nextdoor is proving not to be very useful). We literally have to take time off from our works if we can't find someone reliable.
